What kind of products/services do you offer?

We specialize in personalized t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and mugs featuring custom artwork tailored to your style. Whether you want your photo turned into a cartoon or your face added to one of our themed designs—like football stars, movie posters, video games, Halloween characters, and anything else you want. We’ll create it, send you a preview, and print it once you approve. Just send us your photo, and we’ll handle the magic!

Do you offer custom orders or personalization?

Yes, we specialize in custom orders and personalized designs. You can send us your photo, and we’ll transform it into a cartoon-style illustration or place your face into one of our themed templates—like Halloween characters. Once you approve the preview we send, we print your unique design on t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, or mugs just the way you imagined.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal. PayPal is trusted worldwide for secure, fast, and easy payments. It protects buyers with purchase protection, keeps your financial details private, and lets you pay without sharing card info directly with sellers.

How do I place an order?

Ordering your custom item is easy and fun! Here's how it works:
First, you need to choose a product, such as a t-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt with the desired design from our offer. For example, a t-shirt with a certain design, and you choose the color and size. If you like the text we have suggested in the text field, do not write anything; if you do not like it, write what you want as text on the t-shirt. You upload a picture of your face or an entire picture that you want to be on the t-shirt, and add the t-shirt to the cart. Then, at checkout, you fill in the fields with your data, and the system calculates the shipping price and how long it will take for the shipment to arrive. Don't forget to enter a discount code. We constantly have discount codes. You pay with PayPal and receive an email confirming a successful order. The order has been processed, and you will be contacted shortly. We send you pictures of what your product will look like, in this case, your t-shirt. After your approval, the order goes into production, and as soon as it leaves production, you will receive a shipping number to track the shipment. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we sent you an email just after your order was sent.

How do I request a refund?

For a refund, you can contact me, and we will refund the money via PayPal. 

Do I need an account to order?

No, you don’t need an account to place an order. You can shop and customize your items as a guest—but creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save your designs, and speed up future purchases.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, your personal information is secure. We use trusted payment providers like PayPal and encrypted checkout systems to protect your data. Your photos and contact details are handled with care and used only to complete your custom order. After you receive the order, your data, such as images, will be deleted.
