1. Custom Products: All our products are custom-made with printed pictures provided by our customers. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made items due to the unique nature of each order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. To process your claim, please provide:

3. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please provide your order number and photos of the incorrect item.
4. Shipping Costs: In the event of a return or exchange due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other cases, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
